I add my greatest value in work that is action-oriented. I use presentations and workshops to help my client to think clearly and creatively and develop an action plan that is realistic and that they can execute for themselves.MORECLOSE
I lead the projects I take on and do most of the work myself – it is not delegated to less experienced juniors.
Sometimes additional specific expertise is needed for a project and I have an extensive network of connections both in Ireland and internationally that can be called upon, as required. For a recent project I assembled a team which included a chartered accountant with a particular expertise in GDPR and a barrister who is one of Ireland’s leaders in a particular specialist field.

I facilitate innovation processes in companies helping organisations to embrace true business sustainability and to create relevant, feasible and impact driven business opportunities. Much of my work uses the SDGXCHANGE process, a tried and tested process and set of tools created by Swiss sustainability leaders. In some cases I bring in my Swiss colleagues for additional expertise.
